Margaret was born from Thomas Lucas and Elizabeth Leighton.
Since we are wealthy, it will impact her ability to get an education, making it easier for her
Her being educated had an impact in her way of thinking since she began to think more intellectually
in 1643 when Margaret applied to be a maid of honor in the court of Queen Henrietta Maria and followed her into exile to France. The effect of this is that Margaret met her future husband
Her writing books and being smart impacted the scientific revolution because she was one of the first to suggest that science and christianity didn’t correlate, and she was one of the people who paved the way for woman scientists. I can connect this to present day because without her maybe today not as many women would be educated and have rights.
