  • The people who move to the find themselves in a bad situations due to hazardous jobs and unemployment. They live in poverty if they can't find jobs as factory workers or artisans.

  •  Greed was kept at bay with riots that were a social phenomena, and common in cities. The people would decide if they were getting a fair price and fix the "incorrect" price.
