  • Military Camp in Sardis
  • Marc Antony, Octavius, and Lepidus make a hit list and discuss changing Caesar's will. 
  • Brutus' Tent in Sardis
  • Antony shares his true opinion of Lepidus to Octavius. He thinks he is only useful for the dirty work. They also discuss battle strategy. 
  • Brutus' Tent in Sardis
  • Brutus tells Lucilius to watch for Cassius to arrive. He also talks to Pindarus about Cassius' attitude. He calls him a "hot friend cooling."
  • Brutus' Tent in Sardis
  • Cassius confronts Brutus about dismissing Lucius Pella, a friend of his, and for ignoring his letters. Brutus accuses Cassius of taking bribes and declining his request for funds. After talking it out, they make up and remain close friends.
  • Brutus and Cassius argue about battle. Brutus thinks they are ready to attack now, but Cassius disagrees. In the end, Brutus wins.
  • Brutus is visited by Caesar's ghost. He tells Brutus "thou shalt see me at Philippi."
