Storyboard Text

  • In conclusion, I would like to state that the Industrial Revolution had its fair ammount of positives like the telephone and the steam engine and the negatives like child labour and unsanitary habitable conditions.  All put together, the Industrial Revolution was a landmark in the development of mankind.
  • There are much fewer trees and animals here. How many trees must they have cut down to get firewood?
  • Wow! I have heard about this invention. I think it was called a telephone. I want to see if I can call all the way back home, to the village, or not.
  • Why would anyone want to bathe in that? It looks so dirty and the stench can be recognised from miles away.
  • I remember how the water in my village used to be clean and fresh and blue. Who knows what kind of dirt is in that water which makes it so murky.
  • Oh Wow! What is that?
  • Oh, That! That is a Light Bulb. It gives out artificial light based on electricity.
  • This is a steam train. It helps us get to other places faster than bullock carts.
