Total wellness is the combination of physical, mental/emotional, and social wellness. Physical wellness is how you are doing physically. Are you in shape or out of it, and what do you do to change or improve yourself? Mental/emotional wellness is where you are out mentally. You can pick up on different traits that can help you determine weather someone has a good or bad mental wellness, Do they seem happy? Are they optimistic? Or have they seem to lost all hope?
Friendship can be a good and a bad thing in life. A good, healthy friendship could help increase someones total wellness. If someone is helping you reach your goals, and supporting you, it can help boost your confidence in life. That being said a toxic friendship can do the exact opposite. If someone is constantly trying to drag you down, or belittles you, it can have a negative affect on your total wellness.
