The temperature is very important because if the temperature is under 99 degrees, the results will be late hatches and weak chicks. If it's over 100.5 degrees the results will be early hatches and maybe even dieing.
The humidity is important because if the humidity is to low, the chick could have trouble hatching.
The amnion protects the embryo from bumps and shocks. The sack is made with clear fluids to increase in size as the embryo developes.
The albumen is called the white of the egg, it's main source is protien and water for the embryo.
The air cell is located at the blunt end of the egg , it provides the embryo a 3 day air supply
