scout was trying to be friendly and make conversation with Mr. Cunningham and made him very uncomfortable, making him realize what they were doing was wrong.
This reveals that scout is angry. No-one would act this way unless they had a reason to.
Scout is both disgusted and annoyed at Walters actions. She clearly doesn't want Walter to be there and thinks everything he does is wrong.
Scout is a very curious and thoughtful little girl. Even thought she acts up from time to time, she cares about her family and obeys what her father says and is very respectful.
