Lady Macbeth is talking about how she feels bold and is ready to do the deed however she scolds herself for not killing Duncan when she could.
Macbeth enters after killing Duncan and explains to his wife what he did, Lady Macbeth is confused and worried as Macbeth explains what happened.
Lady Macbeth and Macbeth get frightened from the noises they hear and Macbeth starts to breakdown from guilt. Lady Macbeth tries to get her husband to focus on the task and scolds him for not getting rid of the daggers.
