The most impacted thing to WI from the french is disease and sickness. They were big trading partners and thats how they got along so well and sided with eachother
In this image it helps explain that men and women were really interested in eachother, they also trade alcohol and gamble for certain things
The Menominee, HO-Chunk, and Ojibwe were the "original" in Wisconsin for tribes
The French and Menominee were trading partners and and the relationship ended becuase of the French and Indian War
The relationship was around until the 1760s and the British gained power and took over the land and didn't let them trade anymore
