  • The mother of the sea turtles lays up to 100-150 eggs. After they hatch the bigger in size they are the more likely they are to survive.
  • Up to 100-150 eggs are laid at once. Turtles with bigger flippers are more likely to survive. These turtles are an easy food source for crabs and birds.
  • Turtles that are bigger in size will be more likely to survive over a smaller sea turtle because they are more vulnerable.  
  • A trait that will be more common in sea turtles will be size. bigger sea turtles have a higher chance of surviving because they are bigger and will get to the water faster.
