Storyboard Text

  • Don't be quick to judge
  • I can't believe that the car turned on all by it't self
  • I ... I did not know it was Pete . I thought it was the monster.
  • It's ... It's Tommy, he's the one. He is the monster
  • The first scene supports the theme, don't be quick to judge because when Les goodmen's car started all by its self they all assumed the he was the monster. One quote that support the theme is " How come his car just up and started up just like that. He was always an oddball. Him and his whole family. Real oddball". The second scene supports the theme because when Pete came walking out of the dark Charlie just assumed that it was the monster and shot him dead with his rifle Gun. Charlie couldn't even see who it was and was just quick to judge that he was the monster. Two quote that the scene supports the theme is "you killed him, Charlie. You shot him dead. " and " but I didn’t know who he was. I certainly didn’t know who he was. He comes walkin’ out of the darkness how am I supposed to know who he was." The last scene supports the theme because Charlie accuses Tommy of being the monster because he brings up the idea of that there might be monsters controlling the power of the electronics. One quote that shows that the sense supports the theme, don't be quick to judge is "That's crazy! He's a little boy. but he knew! He was the only one that knew! He is the one that told about it all". This is how the scenes support the theme, Don't be quick to judge.
