Telemahos and Pisistratus are invited to eat the feast with the King and Queen of Sparta. Menelaos recognizes Telemachos to be Odysseus' son because he says that they look very similar. Menelaos continues to tell stories of Odysseus' bravery with the Trojan Horse.
You look exactly like your father!
Menelaos tells Telemachos about how he was stuck in Egypt and couldn't get out. The only way to get out was for him to lay down on the sand pretending to be a seal and when Proteus is done counting them to jump him and hold him down. Proteus tells Menelaos that Odysseus is being held by Calypso and he can't escape. Telemachos then starts to head home.
On my return from Troy...
Back in Ithaca, the suitors found out that Telemachos left and they came up with a plan to ambush him upon his return. Meanwhile, Medon tells Penelopeia that her son left to find answers regarding Odysseus. Penelopeia starts crying about how she lost her husband and now she's going to lose her son too. But, Athena hears her prayers and sends a phantom as her sister to tell her that Telemachos is being protected.
Let's go to the islet between Ithaca and Samos to wait to ambush him!
