- The new jersey plan! equal for EVERYONE! each state gets 1 vote.
- how many votes does each state get in the new government?
- What? No! the Virginia plan! more people=more votes
- sounds good to me
- how about we compramise? we use bicameral legislature. house of representatives which is based on population. more people=more votes. Also the senate, eache state gets equal votes.
- Slaves should also represent the population!!!
- How can they be counted apart of the population when they dont get taxed

- how about this. 60% of the slaves can count as the population. And thoose 60% of slaves will get taxed.
