Storyboard Text

  • The soldiers sent by Brutus became surrounded by Mark Antony's men. Cassius asks Titinius to ride on horseback to find out if the surrounding troops are loyal to him.
  • Cassius asks Pindarus to climb to the top of the hill and observe what happens. Pindarus reports back horrified, Titinius was killed by the men on horseback.
  • Oh no, my lord!
  • What do you see boy?!
  • Cassius asks a final favor of Pindarus: to kill him. Pindarus kills him with the very same sword used to kill Caesar so he wont be captured later. Pindarus is now a free slave.
  • Caesar has his revenge.
  • Messala and Titinius emerge with good news, that the rivaling army had been overthrown. But very soon, they stumble upon Cassius' dead body. Wanting to know what happened, they split up.
  • WHY!!
  • However, once separated Titinius mourned Cassius' death and chooses not to live without him. He placed his Wreath of Victory on Cassius' head and stabbed himself.
  • Goodbye, friend.
  • Messala, Young Cato, and Brutus all find Cassius and Titinius deceased next to each other. They each pay their respects through a speech to two of the very best Romans they knew.
