Jerry: How's it coming Frank? Frank: It's coming pretty good bo-AHHHHHH!!! Jerry: FRANK!
Doctor: We need to stabilize him stat. Get me Oxygen! Jerry *on phone*: Hello Ma'am, it's Jerry, seems I missed you but due to my employee being injured there may be a anticipatory breach if I'm unable to paint the room by myself by Friday.
Jerry: I'm sorry for the incomplete room ma'am, my coworker got injured while working and it's a miracle at all I got this much done by myself. Lady: This is unacceptable, I am suing you for this terrible work.
Lady: These buffoons breached the contract we had signed and now my home looks absolutely terrible!
Frank: As these medical records show, I was critically injured. And these employment records show me and Jerry being the only employees in the company. Jerry took these pictures showing the differences from when I was injured to when he met the client on the day the contract was supposed to end.
Judge: Ma'am, based off these photographs they had done a substantial performance for painting that room. Additionally the voice recording shows that they tried to reach you about the anticipatory breach. I am court ordering you to pay for the compensatory damages due to his injury. I am also enforcing an injunction that you will not harass them in the future.
