  • During the Elizabethan era women were thought to be subservients to males. Women were sometimes raised to believe that they were inferior to men. Now days women are very independent and can live by themselves. DF
  • Poor women were either home schooled or didn't get an education at all. Now a days women don't have to be rich and there are schools for everyone. During marriage women were expected to bring money, goods, and property. Women no longer have to bring anything to marriage if they don't want to. DF
