  • During WW1 in 1914, some contributions of Georgia were textile mills that helped make fabric for uniforms. Another one was crops such as, tobacco, vegetables and livestock.
  • Some factors in Georgia that led into a depression was the stock market, that crashed in 1929. Another one is a drought that lasted nearly throughout the 1930's.

  • There are a few highlighted events that carried the great depression known as, unemployment and homelessness was increased, home prices rose, and half of the country's banks failed.
