Storyboard Text

  • THE BONES
  • The PTH will stimulate the osteoclasts which will degrade the bones to release the calcium
  • And I will collect now the calcium to deliver them to the blood!
  • INSIDE THE BLOOD VESSELS
  • Here, we will release the calcium into the bloodstream. Now, the blood has regulated calcium levels!
  • Now that the blood has enough calcium, we can now stop releasing PTH.
  • Looks like the body has now a normal calcium level!
  • But our job is still not yet done! We will continue to watch out for the body's calcium levels!
  • If there are deficiencies or abnormal rises in calcium levels, we will regulate it and save the day!
  • So, goodbye for now! I will see you around if you need me!
  • And remember, when there's calcium problems just call PARATHYRIN!
