Storm Boy and Fingerbone Bill found the dead pelicans and three chicks that were still alive. He wrapped them with his jumper carefully and took them back to the shack.
Storm Boy bred the chicks and when they had grown up, he released them back into the wild. But one day he discovered that Mr Percival return, and he was really happy.
One day when Mr Percival was trying to stop the hunters from hunting the pelicans, he got shot by the hunters and storm Boy was really sad and upset.
