Storyboard Text

  • Hey, bear over there, my name is Borealis.
  • Ca Caw!
  • Hey kid, you look hungry... and colorful. Shall I help you find some food?
  • Um... Ok.
  • Just let the birds do the finding with their keen eyes and we'll do the eating. They will call when they see fish.
  • 2 minutes later... Ca caw!
  • Wow, thanks for the fish bird. What are you going to do about it, huh?
  • I'm sorry, I didn't mean any harm. I thought you were just a bird.
  • One day, a boy named Borealis had sailed away from his home town because they made fun of all the colors he wore and they called him names.  Borealis came from a family of sailors, but he was no good sailor at all.   While out in the open ocean, he crashed into an iceberg with his brand new boat his father had gotten him for his birthday to practice sailing with. He saw there was a polar bear to greet him and that bear offered to help find him some food because all of Borealis's food had sunk down to the deep with his boat.
  • You mortals just don't get it.  I thought about it, but you asked for it, so I will absolutely do something about it.
  • The polar bear took Borealis to where the fish and birds are. Borealis reluctantly listened to the bear about letting the birds do all the work to finding the fish and then they just come and eat the fish they found. A couple minutes later a bird had found a fish.
  • Nooo!
  • Borealis had taken the fish from the bird, but had took it a little to far with his words not knowing who was behind this bird.
  • Turns out that bird was Zeus in his eagle form.  Also the bear was one of Zeus's friends also in disguise. Zeus was very heated about what Borealis had said to him and would definitely do something about it. Borealis tried to be all nice an all now, but Zeus didn't want to hear it.
  • Zeus had melted Borealis into the sky with his powerful lightning bolts as punishment.
  • In remembrance of Zeus's power and Borealis's stealing, disrespectful comments, and little knowledge of who he was talking to, the Aurora Borealis appears every year in the northern hemisphere where Borealis lived.  Note: I couldn't upload a image of the Aurora Borealis because you have to upgrade to the version that cost money, so I did what I could to make it look real.
