In the Paleolithic period, People were known as nomads. Nomads are people that are always on the move hunting for food. Basically, finding food was their main priority. Their homes were temperate homes, meaning they were not permanent. The paleolithic period is also know as "The Old Stone Age". The people's tools were made out of stone. This period lasted from around 2 million B.C to 8000 B.C. The paleolithic period ended when farming was discovered.
In the Neolithic period, Tons of new technology and things were discovered. With the discovery of farming, there was more than enough food to support, which meant people could do other than hunting for food. Trade was also discovered to get resources that the people didn't have or lacked. They also learned to domesticate animals to help them. The neolithic period is also known as the, "New Stone Age". The neolithic period lasted from 8,000 B.C to 3,000 B.C.
In Civilization, tons of new things happened. People decided that they need law and government to control the land. The population boosted with advanced cities. Bronze weapons and armor were made to have an advantage over the enemy. The wheel, Plow, And sailboat were made and were in daily use in those times. The people also made track of record keeping by introducing writing. People also had more jobs available, some include teachers, farmers, potters, priests, and weavers.
