It was a war to decide which nation would control American empire. Benjamin Franklin proposed the Albony plan which was the British colonies own defense.

The treaty affected France by new issues, between the colonists and Great Britain.
Britain imposed the Proclamation of 1763 on the colonists which prohibited sttlers to stay east of the line.
The war cost Britain a lot of money so they taxed the colonist. The colonist became angry.
