  • Hello Tom, How are you feeling?
  • Hello Allison, I am feeling better now, how about you?
  • How is work?
  • Work is okay. I had a one on one meeting with Sam and he told me to work on my organizing structures. Can you help me?
  • Of course, I can. So tell me do you know how many structures are there effective structures?
  • No, Not really. I am aware of some, but can you go over with me if you don't mind. 
  • So there are 7 ways to creating an effective structure. They are Purpose, size, membership, relation to organizational hierchy, authority, leader and culture.
  • As I said, I am aware of some. I know that having a purpose means giving a foundation on the things that need to get done. 
  • That is correct, Size has to do with larger and smaller group size. Membership has to do with providing skills and knowledge. Relation to organizational Hierarchy has to do with roles that helps the group. 
  • Yes, and I think I know the authority, leader, and culture means. I really appreciate your help.
