Hello Nina, I am doing okay. I have been very tired past few days, and it feels like I am all over the place. I haven't been able to focus much at work.

I am just doing what I can remember to do. I feel like I am not organized at all.
So here is what you need to do. You need to have a notebook or a planner where you can start writing things you need to have done. You have to prioritize the tasks you are doing. You need to cross off the completed task and carry over unfinished tasks.
This is very helpful. I have been doing all wrong. I have never made a list of things I need to do or made list of important and not important things.
Other things you can do are planning the night before, keeping a journal or planner with you at all times. I have personally been using all this to be organized and managing time.
I really appreciate your help. I will be following the things you mentioned from tonight and see how it can help me and what is comfortable for me and what not.
