  • The First Amendment guarantees the right to freedom of speech, assembly, religion, expression, and petition.
  • WE WANT CHANGE!
  • The Second Amendment guarantees the right to own and use firearms and allows the US to have a militia.
  • The Third Amendment prohibits soldiers from forcibly living in a citizen's home (even during war).
  • I don't want you to stay at my house.
  • Okay.
  • The Fourth Amendment protects citizens from unreasonable search and seizure without a warrant, helping those suspected of a crime.
  • Then you can't search my house.
  • Do you have a warrant?

  • The Fifth Amendment prohibits trying someone for the same crime twice or forcing someone to testify against themselves.
