  • Daedalus and Icarus are held captive for life in the castle because they built the maze and there the only people that know the secret to escape the maze.
  • Climax
  • Daedalus made four fan feathers which were wings. Daedalus melted down a candle and daubed Icarus shoulders with the sticky wax to stick the wings.
  • Falling Action
  • Daedalus and Icarus got there wings on and flew out the window to freedom.
  • Resolution
  • I warned him not to fly so high.
  • Icarus flew higher and higher, where they could not reach him. He tried to fly higher than the sun.
  • Don't fly too high Icarus.
  • Icarus flew so high that the heat of the sun softened the wax for the wings and his wings fell off and he started falling.
  • His wings fell off and he went flying into the sea and sank and all Daedalus could see was his wings.
