- _A Day in the Life of Princess Eda_

- Princess Eda was unlike other princesses. She hated dresses and spent most of her time playing with horses and riding them. Her mother, the queen, thought this was improper for a young princess to do that so she had to do it in secret.
- But, one day the queen found out. Eda was sent to her bedroom and was lectured on 'how to be a proper lady'. Also, she had to promise never to go to the palace stables ever again.
- Eda could not live like this. She took her favourite horse, Coco, and left the castle.
- For a couple of days Eda travelled and ate some of the food she had packed every day. She found a little farmhouse that the owners were willing to lease to her for a short time, and lived the next few months of her life in harmony.
