Storyboard Text

  • Hello all my name is Dukono!
  • Hi Dukono
  • "You'll be sorry, I'll show you!"
  • Go leave now, and never come back! I have had enough of you!
  • I told you to stay!
  • There was a god named Dukono. He was the god of greed and anger. He lived happily on Mt. Olympus with the other gods and goddess for many, many years. Until the fight for power broke out. . .
  • What did I get myself into?
  • Wishing for understanding, Dukono went to Zeus asking to help rule over Mt. Olympus and all the gods and goddess. Naturally, Zeus laughed and refused. Furious about this because he is used to getting what he wants, he tells Zeus," You'll be sorry about this, I'll show you who the true ruler of Mt. Olympus should be!" Zeus, taking this as a serous threat, exiled Dukono to earth and told him never to come back, or there would be consequences.
  • Not liking this at all, Dukono, disobeys Zeus and hides on Mt. Olympus. When Zeus found out about this, he personally escorted Dukono to earth. Zeus says to him, " I told you that there will be consciences."
  • I think he said, " I'm so bored!! I'm sorry Zeus! Please forgive me..... I guess that's a no."
  • For his behaviors, Dukono was given rule over his own personal kingdom, just as he wished. There he would have nothing to do all day. There would also be no one around to rule and govern.
  • He would be locked in his own fortress and guarded by the three- headed dogs. If being in this state was not bad enough, Zeus gave Dukono one ''gift", the ability to breath fire. This was given so that when ever he tries to argue, speak, or yell in frustration; only fire will come out. This was a form of torture him because he was the god of anger.
  • This fire breathing mountain aka volcano has been named Mt. Dukono after the god Dukono and his kingdom.
