  • That's a good question Mila and TJ! Did you know everything around us is made out of Matter?
  • Matter is anything that takes up space and is made of tiny particles.
  • Matter comes in different form. Look at the board I listen the States of Matter.
  • States of Matter-Liquid-Gas-Solid
  • Water freezes at 32 degree Fahrenheit. (Liquid to Solid)Heat causes ice to melt and become water. (Solid to Liquid)When water boils in the stove it becomes gas. (Liquid to Gas)
  • In the board it explains how matter can change it's state.

  • Mila, snow is a solid, it becomes a liquid when it melts.
  • Yes, TJ you are right! The snow will melt when the temperature is 32 degree Fahrenheit or higher.
