  • dolley's slave was preparing the food  until someone from the army retreating and telling everyone that the British are coming to Washington D.C
  • don't forget the ham and the wine and more from the supplies
  • the British are coming!

  • we must take some valuables before  the British comes starting with the picture of George washington .

  • the british was arive  after dolley left the white house leaving the food  thinking the redcoats (British solder) a welcome home feast

  • after they ate they started putting fire causing the white house to burned down

  •  dolley took every thing including the photo of G.W but not a lot  she took that was hers and her husband (james madison)  she was not quite sure to come back to d.c on that day dolley went to her  mother's house  or some where to hide when war is over
