Storyboard Text

  • I'm so tired..ZZZ
  • But I am the one who is working very hard now!!
  • Haha! you are so funny!! By the way, are you not hungry??
  • Actually, I am! Ha ha ha! Amey!! Bring us some food!
  • It's so unfair.
  • Of course, William.
  • On  13 January in Auckland,  Amey married William Henry Daldy.
  • I need half the money of your salary. I am working for you, but for free! It's so unfair to me. I need to be paid!!
  • Now, I think it's the time for women's rights.
  • Actually, I think, you are right. I will help you to achieve women's rights.
  • At that time, women's work was doing housework  for their husband.  This situation happened quite often.
  • I think, it's time to fight for women's rights. Women's lives are always  hard. They can't work even though they have  intelligent ideas. It's time for women.
  • Amey thought, this kind of situations were not right, and unfair.
  • I really appreciate that I can speak in front all of you, with my husband's help. I will say one more time, it's time for women. Women have to be respected to all of people.
  • Amey spoke to her husband, she said that she needs  money for  work, and women have to be respected, Her husband  agreed, and decided to help her.
  • Her husband William Henry Daldy, was actually  a politician, so he tried to help her to speak, and achieve women's rights.
  • She spoke to everyone about women's rights. After few years, she became president of Auckland    branch of the Women's Franchise League. She kept on helping people for the rest of her life.
