  • Step 1: Meeting the customer, residential or commercial to gather the full requirements for the contract.
  • Customer Places Product Order
  • Step 2: Build product list online and obtain full retail pricing for quotation on top quality competitively priced products (with 5 year guarantee). Agents can apply discounts for customers up to the maximum of their commission.
  • Goods Delivered
  • Step 3: Products are added to a basket and sent to customers by email for payment. If a customer wants to pick their own products (lighting), agents can print a coded (link to their account) discount voucher (5-15%) for customers to apply at checkout.
  • Sale Commissions
  • A few weeks later....
  • Step 4: The customer receives the product basket via email link. The customer clicks on the link and pays for the products and confirms the delivery address.
  • Step 5: Goods can be delivered direct to the customer, electrician or to a designated delivery center such as Collectplus or UPS.  The customer has 14 days to return any products.
  • Step 6: Commissions of up to 40% on the sale of products are made to the agent. Further discounts can be achieved by spending commissions on additional supplies.  Reports on commissions can be emailed to accounts for annual returns.
