Storyboard Text

  • At the construction site
  • I'm starting to feel sick
  • That may be because the materials we use for construction have dangerous chemicals in them, stay away from them next time
  • But there was no "next time" for Johnny...
  • who said that??
  • At the Lab
  • As you can see in this example, these chemicals can be quite dangerous
  • Some of the chemicals found in our everyday construction materials are Abestos, Chromated copper arsenic, Formaldehyde, PBDEs, and Phthalates
  • These can be found in floor and ceiling tiles, plasters, insulations, adhesives, and other things built in your home
  • Some of the problems they can cause are Asbestosis, Mesothelioma, Cancer of the Lung, Bladder, Skin, Kidney, Prostate, and Nasal passage
  • This is because when the building were created, these harmful substances were not taken into account.
  • And things like this happen.....
