  • No! Please explain the six nutrients to me I want to learn more about them!
  • Do you know what the six nutrients are..?
  • Well, the first nutrient is protein and protein helps gives energy and feeds your muscles.
  • Woah! That's pretty amazing Bob, I didn't know that protein gives you energy!
  • Ooooo vitamins they seem like they're very important to have!
  • Then we have vitamins, which is any group of organic compounds that are essential for normal growth
  • Hmm water it sure does hydrate you and keep you up to date
  • Another one is water and it helps clean out the body and hydrates your body for active activities
  • Minerals are another nutrient they are a solid inorganic substance of natural occurrence
  • Also, there's fat which is a natural oily or greasy substance occurring in animal bodies
  • Some greasy foods are great for protein and some nutrient I think.
  • The last nutrient is carbohydrates they are of any large group of organic compounds occurring in foods
