Having reached the top, their next plan was to follow the north ridge. This is because it is the flattest and easiest route back towards their Camp.
Once they would reach the bottom of the mountain. They would have to try and retrace the crevasse field from the day before. Their only problem could be that their footsteps have been covered with the snow that would have recently fallen so they would have to make sure the be careful with their footing and don't fall into one
Once they pass the crevasse field, their final thing to do is to make their way back past the large sets of boulders. Now that they are back at their base camp. They need time to readjust to the climate and hydrate themselves. As they wont know what the temperatures are like on the mountain, they have to prepare for the worst
