Hello! I've Been Expecting You! I'm Here To Talk About Anxiety. But First, What IS Anxiety?
Anxiety is Fear that bad things will happen and to be Nervous or on-edge all the time, panic or feeling ‘out of control’. And to be fearful of going places or doing things.
But, What can cause this? Things like personal life, to be stressed, or you could of had a family member who has anxiety. There are many ways to get anxiety.
Here are the symptoms of anxiety: You have trouble breathing, You get dizzy, have trouble sleeping and concentrating, you feel tense/sore, you feel very tired or wide awake. These are only some of them. There are multiple.
To treat anxiety, try to avoid drugs and alcohol (If the age), go to therapies, try to exercise, eat healthily and try to relax 3 times a day e.g. the morning, afternoon and night. These are only some of the many few things you can do.
STOP! NO ANXIETY ALLOWED!

But, Anxiety can be prevented by breathing, consuming the correct foods and drinks, taking timeouts, getting enough sleep and to exercise alot.
