Hi Im going to be baking a chocolate cake for my sisters birthday. Well lets start!
Now lets put it in the oven.
Im going to tell you how exactly I turned from a gooey cake into a solid fluffy yummy cake.
When you are baking you are producing an ¨endothermic¨ chemical reaction that changes gooey cake into a fluffy, freshly, baked, yummy cake!
Heat helps baking powder produce tiny bubbles of carbon dioxide, which makes the cake light and fluffy.
When you are baking you add baking soda an when you add baking soda that is causing the dough to rise.
Great now im going to be eaten!
