Storyboard Description

Gabby Hill 2nd period Odysseus and his men have left Circe and have to face Scylla as well as Charybdis. Along the way Odysseus decided to see the Sirens, and almost got killed. 6 men had to be fallen from Scylla. About to give up Odysseus kept going on an island.

Storyboard Text

  • Onward to the sirens!
  • Odysseus and his crew have just returned to sea from Circe. Now they are on their way to face Scylla but, the sirens are getting in the way and Odysseus can't resist.
  • Plug you ears and UN-TIE ME! PLEASE!!
  • Odysseus forced his men to tie him to the deck to hear the sirens while their ears were full of earwax. Odysseus screamed to be untied ,to his death. If only he did not choose this way...
  • After the sirens Odysseus and his men finally made it to Charybdis and Scylla. Though, Odysseus has not told his men of the enemy coming his way.
  • Odysseus was now closer and closer to Scylla and no word of what she really is. As me comes close, Odysseus gets 6 men to steer the boat to their doom, as they head toward..
  • I need 6 men to steer and the rest under the deck!
  • Scylla came and gobbled 6 men one for each head. Odysseus looked down trying not to bear the pain. They had to move on before Charybdis catches them.
  • Odysseus found land on an island past Charybdis. He and his men stayed there for the night. Not losing hope, Odysseus kept going...
  • I must go on, me and my men must go home!
