The esteemed Alaska is well liked by many, including Miles, otherwise known as Pudge. This soon creates a conflict due to the fact that Alaska has a boyfriend. Pudge battles with his emotion towards her throughout the book.
This one's for Alaska Young.
The group attempts to change the grades of the "Weekday Warriors" which proved to be successful. They find out that Alaska snitched on Mara. Pudge was thrown in the lake. Alaska received a phone call from an anonymous person drawing her from the school.
Alaska drove away from the school while drunk. This proved to be a fatal mistake. The Eagle is forced to inform the students early the next morning about Alaska's demise.
The group finally figures out where Alaska was driving to, thanks to the help of Takumi. The entire school developed a prank in honor of Alaska. They hired a male stripper to give a speech.
Pudge discovered his "Great Perhaps" and expressed this in his final essay for religions class. He promised to never forget Alaska and realized that he is still alive and should rejoice because of it.
