I was having a good day sitting in the nice, cool ice box in the refrigerator until I got dumped into a cup! I was so worried. I did not want the human to drink me because I have heard that the water drops that get in the human come out as stinky waste! I was super nervous, but I was jumping with joy when the person who was going to drink me spilled me! I am not sure I really like laying on the bed, but it is better than being stinky!
I did not think, however, about what the girl was going to do with me after she spilled me. She had to clean up quick, and she just threw me out the window. I mean I get that she did not want to get in trouble, but SERIOUSLY! Water has a life too! To top that all off, right behind her backyard is a graveyard. I know, crazy, right? You should not buy a house in front of a graveyard. Anyway, I was sad because I started to melt. My life as an ice cube was over!
During the time I was in the graveyard, I started to rise. I thought I was going to heaven, and I was so excited to see my family! I thought back to water cycle school, and I realized that I was probably evaporating. I was disappointed. After evaporating I condensed in to a cloud. I think I saw my mom and dad in a cloud, but the wind was blowing to much and I could not reach them! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
While I was a cloud I started to feel weird. I felt heavy. Did I eat to much? Oh! I remember something from school! I think I am precipitating. Oh no. Aaaaaaah!!! I am falling! It kind off hurts. I wish I had my mommy! I am falling and breaking into pieces! Oh look! There is my eye! I am sliding down the curb. What do I do?
I am sliding down the road. I am with some of my new friends. We are racing. I do not know why or where, but this is the most fun I have had in a while. Oh no! We are falling into the sewers! The sewers lead me to a river. This is now a runoff race! There is a waterfall. The strong current ran me into the ocean!
After the runoff race, I ended up in the ocean. I had lost hope of finding my family. I started to cry. Wait a minute! Did I just hear my name! The one that only my parents call me? Where are th- MOM! DAD! I finally found them! I cannot believe that I almost gave up, but they were just right here! We were in a group hug in a jiffy. I missed them so much. I hope I never get put in a cup again!
