Chocolate Chips Cookies

To make chocolate chip cookies you need the correct ingredients which are 2.66 cups of flour, 1.33 teaspoons of baking soda and salt, 0.55 cups of melted unsalted butter, 1.29 of packed brown sugar, 1.51 of white sugar, 2.07 of vanilla extract, 1.3 eggs, 1.3 of egg yolk, 2.66 cups of semisweet chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and Grease cookie sheet
Sift the salt flour and baking soda together set aside
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until well blended. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy. Mix until just blended. Mix in the chocolate chips by hand. Drop 1/4 cup of cookie dough on prepared cookie sheets. Make them at least 3 inches apart.
Bake the cookie doe between 15 to 17 min. in the preheated oven or until edges are lightly toasted. Then cool on baking sheets for a few mins. before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
