- Relationships with Our Parents
- Maggy is curious about all the relationships she has. Let's look at things that are and aren't okay within her own family.
- Hey honey, can I fix you some lunch before your game?
- This is Maggie's mom. Maggie knows that her mom has always been very caring about her.
- Maggie is thinking about something that happened a few nights ago. She was changing into pajamas when her dad walked in to talk. He didn't leave when he noticed what she was doing.
- Later that night, Maggie hears her dad come in and stare at her. She pretends to sleep. He doesn't do anything but she decides that she needs to tell her mom because her dad shouldn't make her uncomfortable.
- The next morning, Maggie goes to talk with her mom. Nervous, she asks her mom if they can talk. Her mom listens to everything. Concerned, she asks Maggie if there's been anything else. Her mom tells her that the behavior isn't okay. She promises to talk with him. She even tells Maggie to lock her door at night.
