  • Diagnosis of Epilepsy  
  • Based on your history of seizures and your test results, you have epilepsy. I'm sorry.
  • Medication Prescription
  • I'm prescribing you 60 mg of phenobarbital 2 times per day.
  • Well, hopefully that works.
  • Taking medication
  • Main character receives diagnosis of epilepsy (generalized tonic-clonic seizures/grand mal). Tests performed are EEG, blood test and CT scan.
  • Missing Medication/Seizure
  • Main character prescribed medication.
  • Recovery from Seizure
  • You just had a seizure. You're going to be alright.
  • MC takes medication in morning and evening to maintain therapeutic level of medication in blood.
  • Lifestyle Changes
  • Notes Things I need to watch out for: Flashing lights Don't drink Overexertion I have to warn people about my seizures, and tell them what to do if I have one Maintain sleep schedule 
  • MC misses pill and has a seizure because the amount of medicine in his bloodstream dropped too low. The person he was with made sure he was okay during the seizure.
  • MC recovers from seizure (dazed/confused, temporary amnesia, exhausted)
  • What just happened?
  • MC forced to adopt lifestyle changes. Everything listed is a potential epilepsy trigger for people.
