  • The people that were in the Trustee was James Oglethorpe and the people that was in the Royal were 
  • Welcome! Today we are going to talk about the Trustee and Royal Period.
  • The things that were in the Trustee period were the salzburgers, the highland scots, and the malcontents.
  • The trustee period was from 1732-1752, because during that time the English Province was governed by a board of trustees.
  •  The Royal and the Trustee both banned people from land ownership, slavery, alcohol, and government because they feared that the colonist would get lazy. 
  • The Royal period was between the termination of Trustee governance and the colony's declaration of independence. From  1775-1783.
