What is bullying? Bullying happens when someone excludes people from groups, starts rumours, and calls names. They make their victims feel scared and unhappy.
VERBAL BULLYING When a bully uses words to hurt or frighten someone this is called verbal bullying.
PHYSICAL BULLYING A bully attacks someone by punching, kicking, hitting or pushing them. This tipe of bullying is called physical bullying.
Kids can be bullied for a number of reasons, such as race, appearance, religion, clever, social status, disability or sexuality. Young victims of bullying can feel sad, angry vulnerable and lonely. They often refuse to go out with friends or find it hard to concentrate on school work . They may develop depression, auxiety and low self-esteem and finally may even think about suicide.
What should do if someone bullies you? Tell someone. Talk to your parents or a teacher they can help you. Write down what happens in a diary. Stay near your friends. They can protect you. STOP BULLYING BEFORE IT STOPS YOU.
