  • GET ON WITH THE WORK!!! If this house isn't clean when I come back, no food for tonight!
  • In 1790, there were approximately 650,000 slaves who work with food. By 1850, the number of slaves had increased to 3.2 million.
  • Many people were killed, captured or forced to go onto the ship to America, many Africans didn't survive the journey on the ship. The journey of the trip would usually take 30-50 days.
  • This impacts America's economy. It benefits them two ways, by doing no work and not paying anyone to do it for them. This is also another disadvantage for slaves, they are forced to do work but don't get any pay.
  • I miss my family!
  •  Slavery impacts the population in America and therefore global warming situations will rise and there will be more chaos in transport.
  • Majority of masters have abused and forced the slaves to do inappropriate things, so large numbers of slaves have chosen death rather than continue living enslaved.
  • Families of slaves are permanently separated from each other. Never to be seen or joined again.
