Since the third estate wasn't as wealthy and had all ranks where the 1st and second were wealthy. The king used unfair taxes and that led to execution.
Not everyone will agree with a King's choices but he was selfish. The Guillotine excuted him due to the third estate and unfair taxes.
The third estate was supposed to be similar to the 1st and second but they were more wealthy and high class. The third estate was lower class.
