Step One : Put dirty laundry in a basket and take it to the laundry room.
Step Two: You then have to seperate your clothes into whites and darks. If you do not your white clothes will turn the color of your darks. We do not want that!
Step Three: You select small, medium or large depending on what size you have. Open the washer put the clothes in. Make sure clothes are evenly space so that the washer is balanced. Pour the detergent into the cup. 1/4 for small load, 1/2 for medium load, and full for a large load. Depending on your washer you pull it out to have the water flow then close the top to continue the cycle. Some just have a start button after you have completed the steps before. This usualy takes 30 min to one hour.
Step Four : After the wash cycle is done you transfer your clothes into dryer. Select the function you want. You have an option of timed, gentle, and air fluff which is no heat. You always need to check the lint cartridge to make sure its empty before you start it. This cycle usually takes 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your load size.
Step 5 : You now take all the clothes out of the dyer to be folded and put back into your basket.
Step Six : YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A LIFE SKILL. YAY! YOU DID YOUR LAUNDRY!
