We've met before
This is the scene where Nick first sees one of Gatsby's parties. Nick had just moved into his cottage in West Egg.
This scene is after Tom takes Nick on a train to New York City to meet his mistress, Myrtle. Nick watches as Myrtle and Tom get into a fight about Daisy. The fight then turns violent. This also the same scene where Nick gets drunk for the second time in his life.
This scene is after Gatsby asks Nick to invite Daisy to his house for tea. Gatsby shows up at Nick's house, surprising Daisy. The two proceed to reminisce and reconnect.
In this scene Gatsby and Daisy are driving back home. Daisy is speeding because driving recklessly makes her calm. Myrtle has been locked up in her room because George found out about the affair. Myrtle ran out in front of the car because she believed it was Tom's car.
George thought that Gatsby was Myrtle's other lover, so he showed up at his house and shot him. Then shot himself.
This is Gatsby's funeral. Nick tries to get in contact with Gatsby's "friends", but no one showed. The only two people that came were Owl Eyes and Gatsby's father.
