Battle of Trenton
Washington walks around seeing his men wounded and with frostbite and realizes how bad they are losing and how bad he needs to get blankets, food, and ammunition
After the Battle of Trenton
Washington has a plan to cross the river and attack Trenton but everyone thinks it's a horrible idea because there are 1,200 hessians waiting for them, but washington thinks it's a good plan because no one is going to expect the americans to attack and plus the hessians are going to be asleep or drunk because of christmas.
Washington and led his army back across the river but it took to long it was already morning and washington wasn't about to give up on his plan so he still attacked and his men cornered the hessians into the corner and surrounded them the hessians surrendered and his army won
The hessians commander was dead and none of Washington's men were wounded or dead it was a big win for them, but it was still the begging of the war and was nowhere near over. So washington tells his army that they have won and that they are going back across the river
